Childbirth Education
As a Childbirth Educator
I provide interactive classes that prepare expectant parents for birth, building confidence and informed decision-making.
I teach comfort and support skills and guide partners to be active, empowered participants in the process.
Lactation Support
As your lactation supporter, I help you approach breastfeeding as both a skill and a bond—supporting you with knowledge, reassurance, and care every step of the way. You’ll learn how to establish a comfortable latch, nurture your milk supply, and recognize that your baby is getting enough nourishment.
Birth Doula
As your birth doula,
I provide calm, continuous support throughout pregnancy and labor.
My role is to help parents feel informed, confident, and empowered—whether that means offering comfort measures, helping explore options, or creating a nurturing space for your birth experience.
Family Centered Coaching
As a Family Life Educator and Doula, I provide personalized support to families before, during, and after childbirth. My focus is on empowering and assisting families in their unique journey into parenthood.
Postpartum Doula
In my role as a postpartum doula, I offer nonjudgmental support and guidance to new parents, nurturing them through the transition into parenthood and providing valuable assistance with newborn care and household organization.
Birth & Beyond Milestone Experience
I am honored to support clients at every stage of growing their family. This exclusive membership is designed for those investing in a thoughtful, empowered transition into parenthood. From the moment you see that positive pregnancy test through the fourth trimester with your newborn, I am here to guide and support you. This package includes personalized coaching calls twice a month, tailored to your unique journey and needs.
